Abstract

OBJECTIVE:By detecting the expressions of VEGF-A and Survivin in non-small cell lung cancer,to study the relationship among clinical pathological characteristics such as pathological types, histological grades, lmyphnode metastasis and clinicopathological scales of NSCLC and their clinical significance.METHODS:The specimen slices of 48 NSCLC patients were all dyed with SP methods of immunohistolchemisty, the expression levels of VEGF-A and Survivin were tested, and the relationship among clinicopathological scales of NSCLC was analyzed.RESULTS:The positive expression of VEGF-A in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher(68.75%)than that in normal lung tissues(6.25%),and related to lmyphnode metastasis(χ2=11.95,P0.05).The expression of Survivin in NSCLC also significantly increased(54.17%),and were related to lmyphnode metastasis(χ2=8.08,P0.05)and the TNM stage(χ2=5.19,P0.05).Both of VEGF-A and Survivin had no relation with the different pathological types.CONCLUSION:VEGF-A and Survivin may be used as important indicators for the prognosis, metastasis and treatment of the NSCLC.
