Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the improvements of nutritional status, practicality and safety of early use of enteral nutrition after operations on esophageal cancer patients.Method:Chose 20 cases after esophageatomy,intrathorax-anastomosis of gastrol interposition for esophageal replacement, were managed with early use of enteral nutrition.Result:No cases of anastomotic fistula and heavier alimentary canal function disorder, such vomit, diarrhea, bellyache occurred in 20 patients.Wound healed well.At 14th postoperative, total lymphocyte count, hemalbumen, serum albumin are obviously statistical signification compare with before. Conclusion:Early use of enteral nutrition after operation on esophageal cancer is safe, effective, and practical. It is a manner of nutritional support of deserving popularization.
