Abstract

Objective To establish a quality standard for tangniaokang capsules(Radix astragali,Radix puerariae,Radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix ginseng,Rhizoma coptidis,etc).Methods Rhizoma coptidis,Radix puer-ariae,Radix salviae miltiorrhizae were identified by TLC.The content of astragaloside in tangniaokang capsules was determined by TLC-scanning.Results The TLC spots developed quite clear.There was a good linear relationship in concentration range of1.046~5.230μg,with a correlation coefficient of0.9994.The average recovery was98.38%and the standard deviation was1.83%(n=6).Conclusion The method is accurate and steady and suitable for the quality control of this composite preparation.
