Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standards of Yiganfuzheng capsules.METHODS:Cortex Cinnamomi, Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng in Yiganfuzheng capsules were identified by TLC and the content of 2,3,5,4'-terahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-Glucoside was determined by HPLC.RESULTS: Cortex Cinnamomi,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae,and Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng could all be identified by TLC.2,3,5,4'-terahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-Glucoside showed good linear relationship within the range of 20.38~203.8μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.9998),and its average recovery was 103.38%,RSD=0.75%(n=6).CONCLUSION:The established standard can be used as a quality control for Yiganfuzheng capsules.
