Abstract
Aim To establish the quality standards for Kelening tablets.Method Radix Astragali,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix pseudostellariae and Rhizoma polygonati were identified qualitatively by thin-layer chromatography(TLC);the content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by TLC scanning quantitatively. Results Radix astragali,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix pseudostellariae and Rhizoma polygonati could be detected by TLC.The astragaloside Ⅳhad the linear range of 0.5~2.5 μg,r=0.9984.The average recovery rate was 98.75% and its RSD was 1.23%(n=5).Conclusion This method is sensitive, simple, specific and accurate for the quality control of Kelening tablets.
