Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of miconazole combined with nystatin in patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis.Method T otal 100 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were divided randomly into the investigation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases). The former took the miconazole combined with nystatin, the latter took the miconazole and itraconazole, compared and observed the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups. Results The clinical cure rate was 84.00% and the total effective rate was 96.00% in the investigation group, the clinical cure rate was 66.00% and the total effective rate was 76.00% in the control group, there were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05),with no serious complications. Conclusion Application of miconazole combined with nystatin in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis is effective, with no serious complications, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
