Abstract

[Objective]To observe the curative effects of Shenmai injection(Shengmai injection) combined with chinese materia medica preparation in treating acute myocardial infarction(AMI).[Methods]158 cases according with diagnostic criteria for AMI were randomly divided into treatment group(86 cases) and control group(72 cases). The control group was given normal disposal, while the treatment group was given a mixture of Shenmai injection 40~80mL(or Shengmai injection 60mL) in 5% glucose injection 250mL once daily and chinese materia medica preparation twice daily based on the control group.Observe two groups of patients with dynamic cardiograms(DCG),serum enzymes and improvement of symptom after 6 courses.[Results]The total effective rate was 83.72% in treatment group and 68.00% in control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]The effects of combination of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine can increase efficacy and decrease mortality.
