Abstract
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Shenmai injection for acute myocardial infarction patients.[Methods]63 cases of Acute Myocardial Infarction were allocated to treatment group and control group randomly. The control group were treated by Aspirin,Clopidogrel,Simvastatin,Metoprolol and Isoket injection. The treatment group were treated by Shenmai injection 60mL 5% glucose 0.9% sodium chloride in the static point of 250mL qd based on the control group. The period of the treatment was ten days. The symptoms and ECG changes were observed before and after treatment.[Results]The symptoms(total effective rate 87.5%)and ECG(total effective rate 84.38%) were improved better in treatment group than in control group(P0.01).[Conclusion]Shenmai injection could effectively relieve myocardial blood and resist myocardial injury in Acute Myocardial Infarction patients.
