Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Shengmai Injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:54 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group (27 cases) and control group (27 cases),the control group was treated with conventional treatment and the observation group was treated with Shengmai Injection based on conventional treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.3%,it was significantly higher than 70.4% in the control group, the differences between the two groups were signif icant (P0.05);there were no significant adverse events. Conclusion:Shengmai Injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction has satisfactory effect and fewer adverse reactions,it is one of the ideal methods.
