The enterprise culture is formed under the cultural and social background.And it is the management ideology formed in a long-term enterprise production and operation,and a valuable,potential intangible asset as well as the spiritual wealth for the enterprise.Excellent corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise and the driving force for the survival and development of the enterprise.As a new management style,enterprise culture plays an important role that the means of general management can not do.The building of enterprise culture in China has undergone a rapid process of development,there however still exist some problems.The following steps should be taken in the construction of China's corporate culture: to refer to western enterprise culture and combining with Chinese traditional culture to form enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics;to build enterprise culture full of personality and innovation according to the actual conditions;to attach importance to the key role of entrepreneurs in forming corporate culture;to establish and perfect modern enterprise system,to confirm property rights and to maximize the role of each individual.
