Abstract

As enterprise culture is important for the development of an enterprise,the reinforcement of it plays a key role in increasing the employees' initiative and cohesion.This essay presents relevant measures like setting up the view of enterprise culture,emphasizing the idea of people-orientation,blending enterprise management with enterprise culture and intensifying the promotion of enterprise culture.
