In current enterprise culture construction in our country,there exist many problems: sloganization and literary stylization of enterprise culture,scarce manifestation of enterprise culture achievements,neglect of the enterprise own cultural construction,assimilation of the enterprise culture and imbalanced development of the enterprise culture.We should correctly model enterprise's core values,strengthen staff's self-identification,make research on enterprise culture internationalization,emphasize the entrepreneur's vital role in the cultivation of the enterprise culture,carry on the overall plan earnestly and integrate the culture construction and all aspects of business management to perfect the enterprise culture construction.
