Abstract

Culture inter-mingles with economy and politics, being more and more important in comprehensive national power competition. The strategic significance of enterprise culture must be recognized for constructing moderately prosperous society. Basing on the cultivation of the enterprise object, enterprise philosophy, enterprise values, enterprise spirit, enterprise environment and enterprise image, advanced culture can act as a guide to grasp the enterprise culture construction rules, study the strong points of the excellent enterprises, direct the enterprise business, development, management and cohesion. To develop a modern enterprise by constructing new enterprise culture can improve the attraction and impelling force of Chinese socialistic enterprise culture and promote the society progress.
