Abstract
Sixty pectinase-producing strains were separated from the soil under the roots of raime.A high pectinase-producing strain C-9 was obtained by screening with the methods of transparent zone and shaking culture from the 60 pectinase-producing strains. The initial pH value of fermentation medium, fermentation temperature, fermentation time and inoculation amount were optimized.Under the optimum conditions of pH value 7.5,temperature 35℃,time 36 h,inoculation amount 5%,the activity of pectinase got to 305.62 U·mL-1,as twice as that before optimization.
