Abstract
The medium components and fermentation conditions for the pectinase produced by Pseudomonas sp.B41 fermentation were studied. The optimized fermentation medium determined by single factors and orthogonal test was citrus peel powder 20.0g/L,peptone 10.0g/L,FeSO40.5g/L,initial pH value 5.5.The corresponding optimum fermentation conditions were 50ml liquid medium in a conical flask of 250ml,inoculum 2%,temperature 30℃ and fermentation for 32h.Pectinase activity reached 739U/ml under the optimized medium and fermentation conditions.
