Optimization of Culture Conditions by A Bacterium for Producing Alkaline Pectinase

The medium components and fermentation conditions for the alkaline pectinase fermentation were studied.The operating factors,including the carbon,nitrogen sources and inoculation amount were investigated.The optimized fermentation medium determined by single factors and orthogonal test was: pectin 0.3%,NaNO3 0.6%,inoculation amount was 6%.Pectinase activity reached 6079 U/mL under the optimized medium and condition.
