Abstract
In this paper the double-grade aging heat-treatment process of the 7A09 aluminum alloy was researched and the influence of different double-grade aging heat treatment conditions on the microstructures and hardness of the 7A09 aluminum alloy are analyzed. It is shown that the more optimal mechanical properties than T6 can be obtained when its first-grade ageing treatment and second-grade ageing treatment are at 110℃7 h and 170℃9 h respectively, which can provide an evidence for the identification and optimization of parameters of aging heat-treatment process of the 7A09 aluminum alloy.
