Abstract
The double-grade aging heat-treatment process after solution treatment was researched and the influences of double-grade aging heat treatment process on the microstructure and hardness of 7075 aluminum alloy were analyzed. The results show that the optimal mechanical properties can be obtained when its first-grade aging treatment and second-grade ageing treatment is at(115±5)℃×6h and 170℃×(14~16)h respectively, which can provide an evidence for the identification and optimization of parameters of aging heat-treatment process for 7075 alloy.
