Abstract
Objective:To approach the possible mechanism of Weiweikang reversing chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:The multiple stimulations were used to duplicate the CAG model,and the rats were treated respectively with Weiweikang Granule(WWKG)and Sanjiu Weitai Granule(SJWTG).After a month,all rats were sacrificed and the sinus ventriculi of stomach were taken out to detect the expression of EGF and observe the therapeutic effect under light microscope.Results:Compared with the model group,the therapeutic effect of large and small dose of WWKG groups was significantly higher(P0.01).Compared with the normal control group,the expression of EGF in the rats of model control group was significantly higher(P0.01).WWKG can significantly suppress the expression of EGF compared with SJWTG control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Weiweikang can significantly adjust the expression of EGF,which provides a new ideas on the treatment of the disease.
