Clinical Evaluation of Metoprolol Combined With Amiodarone in the Treatment of Rapid Arrhythmia

Objective To evaluate the clinic effect and security of metoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia. Methods 114 cases patients with rapid arrhythmia from September 2011 to September 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group has 57 cases,The patients of control group applied amiodarone for treatment, the patients of experimental group applied metoprolol combined with amiodarone for treatment.To compared the total effective rate and the rate of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, the difference was significant(P0.05); The rate of adverse reactions of experimental group compared with that of control group,the difference was not significiant(P0.05). Conclusion Application of metoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia had advantage of remarkable clinical effect,high effectiveness and no increase in adverse reactions,the effect was better than that of using amiodarone alone. Which with wide prospect of clinical application.
