Therapeutic Effect of Modified Gexia Zhuyu Decoction for the Treatment of Precancerous Lesion of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis:An Observation of 28 Cases

Abstract

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Gexia Zhuyu Decoction (MGZD) for the treatment of precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:Forty-four qualified patients were randomized into 2 groups:the treatment group(n=28) received MGZD based on syndrome differentiation,and the control group(n=16) received Weifuchun.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment Results:The total therapeutic effective rate was 85.7%in the treatment group,and 56.3%in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P0.05).The total gastroscopic and histopathological effective rate was 82.1%in the treatment group and 50.0%in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:MGZD shows certain effect on relieving clinical symptoms and gastric mucosal precancerous lesion in patients with precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis.
