Clinical observation of therapeutic effect of Wanfutongfang in treating chronic atrophic gastritis

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Wanfutongfang in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 160 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group in which 100 cases were treated with Wangfutongfang and the control group in which 60 cases were treated with Weifuchun.After 90 days,the clinical therapeutic effect and pathological effect were analyzed.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group is 92.0% and pathological effective rate is 83.0%.The control group is 66.7% and 53.3%.The difference between 2 groups is statistically significant(P0.05,P0.01).The treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion Wangfutongfang is quite effective on chronic atrophic gastritis.
