The Therapeutic Effects of Medilac-S Combined with Lactulose on Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Constipation after Anal Operation

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Medilac-S combined with Lactulose on Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Constipation after Anal Operation.Method 120 patients were divided into three groups randomly,40 cases in each group.Medilac-S combined with Lactulose,Lactulose,senna laxatives were given respectively to each group at the first day after operation.Compared the application effects of these drugs on defecation time,adverse reactions,defecation pain and bleeding after defecation.Results Medilac-S combined with Lactulose group has more obvious advantages than other two groups.It has significant difference with other two groups.Conclusion Medilac-S combined with Lactulose can effectively control postoperative constipation after anal operation.It has less adverse reactions and less pain for patients.
