Abstract
Objective:To study the extraction process of Xuekang capsule. Method: The optimum extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design. The content of Ginenoside Rg 1 was determined by thin layer chromatography scanning. Results:The significant effects of extraction time and alcohol concentration on the extraction ratio of Ginenoside Rg 1 and ratio of dry extraction were observed. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process was as follows: with 500 ml/L alcohol for 2 times, with the solvent volume 6,5 folds amount and reflux for 1.5,1.5 hours in turn.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
