Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction method for the active components in Liniaotonglin capsule.Methods The extraction conditions of Liniaotonglin capsule were analyzed by orthogonal design.The extraction conditions including alcohol concentration,extraction time,volume of solvent were optimized by the yield of total flavonoids and total solid.Results The optimal extraction conditions were 60% of alcohol,6-fold of the solvent,1.5-h of extraction and 2 times each.Conclusion The optimized extraction conditions are reasonable.
