Abstract
With the development of mass higher education,college graduates' employment has taken great changes.Contradictions between supply and demand as well as graduate's competence and working units' requirements have become more serious.It is an important task of higher education to explore how to improve employment guidance for college graduates so that they can achieve full and satisfactory employment.
