Practice Research of College Graduates Employment Guidance

The employment situation of college graduates is very serious,the employment problems have become difficult problems that puzzled the whole society and the university,the career guidance of college graduates is particularly important.The article put forward five specific countermeasures for the college graduate career guidance: we should attach great importance to accurate positioning the graduate employment guidance;increase the investment and improve the guidance of graduate employment service system;vigorously expand the employment base;comprehensively promote the programs system of career guidance;strengthen the entrepreneurship educations.
