Abstract
The article analyzes the current grim situation of college graduates' employment,and analyzes the main influence factors on the employment of college graduates graduate employment problem deeply. Foucs on the concept of college graduates graduate employment problem,the schools actively open channels,perfect the mechanism,construct employment guidance team and explore the job market for graduate employment etc.,finding a way to construct and countermeasures in order to solve the long-term mechanism of university students' employment.
