Implementation of Equalization of Basic Public Health Service in Chengdu

This paper analyzes the implementation strategies in equalization basic public health service and the current problems and difficulties in Chengdu,and proposes effective suggestion to impel the equalization of basic medical health service between urban and rural area.The government should make a the basic medical health service plan with the finical guarantee,measure the cost of the basic medical health service,increase the input of the public health,ensure the floating people to acquire effective public health service,enlarge the basic work team,recruit professionals,clear the orientation of function of basic medical and health institutions and combine the appraisal system of the basic medical health service with the evaluation system of the professional public health institution.
