Abstract

Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic in the treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods All 108 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated by laparotomy, and the observation group were treated by laparoscopic surgery. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative activity time, postoperative hospital stay as well as the ovarian function within a year of two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss in observation group was lower than control group(P0.05).The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative activity time and postoperative hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than control group(P0.05),but there was no difference in the operative time of two groups(P0.05). There were no obvious changes in observation group with ovarian function, and the ovarian function in control group was abnormity in the 3 and 6 months after surgery(P0.05),and there were back to normal until 12 months later. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery with less bleeding, rapid postoperative recovery, shorter hospital stay, smaller influence for ovarian function and it is suitable for the patients with ovarian cysts without contraindication, itrs worthy of promotion and applicaction.
