Experience and Enlightenment of Singapore in Building International Shipping Center

International shipping center is a port city that sets the function of port berth,all kinds of transportation,distribution transit,business finance,international market as a whole,and has strong economic radiation and leading role to its economic hinterland.In this paper,with analyzing the basic mode of the formation and development of well-known international shipping center in the world and combining the experience and practices of Singapore international shipping center,the author elaborated the enlightenment of the world-class typical port-city in building international shipping center to Chinese port city from the four aspects of the modern system of shipping service,port freight collecting and distributing system,shipping finance service and shipping personnel training.
