On Mechanism of Public Participation in Land Use Planning

Public participation mechanism is an important method for building a harmonious society and sustaining the concept of people-oriented,and is also an effective way of improving the science of land use planning.The public participation mechanism of land use planning has vital influence on enriching participation bodies,strengthening the social acceptance,and achieving enforcement.According to the situation of China,this paper consults researches on the public participation at home and abroad,trying to build a public participation of land use plan in China,in terms of decision-consulting,enforcement supervision,evaluate-consideration and hearing of witnesses.
