Clinical Observation of Combining Yiqi Huoxue Decoction and Western Medicine to Treat Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective: Exploring the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on treating congestive heart failure. Methods: 108 patients with congestive heart failure were divided into observation group and controlled group by random digital table method,the controlled group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was given combined therapy with Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Decoction,recording the effect of the two groups. Results: The total effectiveness rate of the treatment group was 94. 45%,the total effective rate of the controlled group was 79. 63%,comparing the differences between groups was statistically significant( P0. 05). The left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group after treatment was 58. 27±7. 37%,the cardiac output was 78. 32±8. 86 ml,the NT-pro BNP was 1034. 83 ±456. 29 ng / L; the controlled group after treatment was respectively 49. 38±5. 11%,70. 03±5. 86 ml,2568. 48±832. 18 ng / L,comparing differences between groups was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Using Self-made Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of congestive heart failure is reliable,can improve the patients with left ventricular ejection,improve heart function,vigorously promote the use in clinic.
