Abstract

Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of AngⅡ and AT1R in placenta from patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods:The expression of AngⅡ and AT1R were detected in placental from 60 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 20 normal pregnants women by immunohistochemistry. Results:The expressions of AngⅡ in the placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were significantly increased compared with that in normal pregnant group(P0.01).The expressions of AngⅡ of placenta in gestational hypertension, mind pre-eclampsia and severe pre-eclampsia groups were gradually increased, there were significant differences among them(P0.05).Levels of AT1R expressed in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were higher than that in normal pregnant group(P0.01).The AngⅡexpression of placenta in mind and severe pre-eclampsia patients were higher than that in normal pregnancy group(P0.05,P0.01).Negative relationship was shown between the expression of AngⅡ and the weight of placenta and neonate﹙r=-0.244,P0.05;r=-0.347,P0.01).Conclusion:The changes of expressional levels of AngⅡ and AT1R are related to the occurrence and development of hypertensive.
