Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of angiotension Ⅱreceptor 1(AT1R) in the placenta of pregnancy complicated by hypertensive disorder. Methods Western-blotting was used to study the expression of AT1R in the placenta of 32 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(gestational hypertension 10 cases, mild preeclampsia 10 cases, severe preeclampsia 12 cases),and normal pregnancy(control group,n=20).ResultsThe expression level of AT1R in the placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was higher than that in the normal pregnant group(P0.05),the expressions level of AT1R of placenta in gestational hypertension, mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia groups were gradually increased, but the difference between gestational hypertension group and mild preeclampsia group was not statistically significant(P0.05).There were significant differences between other groups(all P0.05).The AT1R expression level of placenta in mind and severe preeclampsia patients were higher than that in normal pregnancy group(P0.05).Negative relationship was shown between the expression level of AT1R and the weight of neonat(r=-0.48,P0.05).Conclusion The expression of AT1R in the placenta of pregnancy complicated by hypertensive disorder was greatly increased, indicating that this may be involved in the pathogenesis and progression of pregnancy complicated by hypertensive disorder.
