Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of insulin-like growthfactor-1(IGF-1)and hypoxia-inducible factor-1 alpha(HIF-1α)in placenta tissue of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients.Method The level of IGF-1 and HIF-1α in placenta in 70 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(observation group) and 70 normal pregnant(control group)were detected by immunohistology.Result The placenta IGF-1 positive expression rate in observation group was 48.6%(34/70)and 82.8%(58/70) in control group,P0.01.The placenta HIF-1α positive expression rate in observation group was 77.1%(54/70)and 38.5%(27/70) in control group,P0.01.The level of IGF-1 and HIF-1α in observation group showed obviously inverse correlation(r=-0.265,P0.01).Conclusion The expression of IGF-1 in placenta tissue of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients increases,and HIF-1α decreases.Both of them are related the occurrence and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
