Abstract

Teaching Quality is the main embodiment of Running Schools,and it is the ultimate goal of schools,and the lifeblood of schools' existence and development as well.The dominant factors of constraining rural schools' teaching quality conclude the limitations in such aspects as condition,students' equality,talents,school culture and instruction management.To change the situation,the quality management concepts need to be set up.
