Quality of teaching is of prime importance for schools run by the local people.To improve it,local schools have to face the pressing demands of the day which follows. 1)Improving the quality of teaching staff,2)Bettering the conditions of local schools; 3)Regulating the managing rules;4) Be serious in the assessment of teaching quality.
