Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to determine the content of ginkgolide C in Ginkgo biloba L.exotesta by RP-HPLC.[Method]The separation was performed on waters ODS-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm)with a mobile phase consisting of a mixture of acetonitrile-water(40∶60),the column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detective wavelength was 210 nm.Taking standards of ginkgolide C as control, the external standard method was adopted to determine the content of ginkgolide C.[Results]The content of ginkgolide C in Ginkgo biloba L.exotesta was 0.043%.The average recovery rate of ginkgolide C in this method was 101.06% with RSD of 2.25%.[Conclusion]This method was performed easily with better reproducibility and high accuracy,it might provide the theoretic basis for determination of ginkgolid C and further utilization of Ginkgo biloba L.exotesta.
