Abstract
Objective:To establish an assay method on terpenelactones in Ginkgo Distillate.Methods:HPLC with ELSD using Ultimate~(TM) XB-C_(18) (4.6 mm×250 m m,5 μm)as stationary phase,water-methanol-tetrahydrofuran (65:24:11) as mohile phase,flow at 1.0 mL·min~(-1),evaporator tube temperature:105 ℃,gas flow:2.8 L· min~(-1).Results:The contents of ginkgolide B and ginkgolide C were 29.8 μg·mL~(-1) and 26.6 μg·mL~(-1) respec- tively in Ginkgo Distillate.Conclusion:The method is accurate for quality control of the Ginkgo Distillate.
