On the Problems and the Policy Proposals of Government Procurement Practices

After years of government procurement practices,it has achieved great progress.Through government procurement,financial funds can be saved;the efficacy of the financial funds can be increased;building a clean government can be improved.But in the practices of government procurement,there has some problems. In order to deal with the problems,to summarize the procurement experience and to propose the government procurement institution,from the problems of procurement,this paper suggests that it should tighten up the procurement budget management,increase the range of the government procurement,etc.
