On the Problems in and Countermeasures for the Government Procurement

The government procurement system is an important system of the national public expenditure management. This paper introduces the development of the government procurement in our country and the necessity of promoting the government procurement in university library, analyzes on the main problems existing in the government procurement of universitylibrary, and puts forward some correspondingsuggestions and measures.
