Government Procurement System Need to Be Improved

The government procurement system has many loopholes, the first is the government procurement system can not be coordinated; the second is the government procurement which has not effective means of judicial relief; the third is what the binding of government procurement system is soften; the fourth is the existence of procurement supervisionvacuum. To improve China's government procurement system, we should implement the Government Procurement Law, and further improve the legal system for China's government procurement; and build an early warning system of government procurement risk; and actively explore means of government procurement innovation, the promotion of electronic government procurement.
