Abstract

Since the implementation of the Government Procurement Law, Government Procurement has been fully implemented and achieved remarkable success. In order to better regulate the conduct of government procurement and safeguard national interests, we should also see the problems of government procurement. In the new situation demands, we should improve the government procurement system, and constantly open up new prospects of gov- ernment procurement.
