Abstract
Objective: To study the inhibitory action and the effect on apoptosis associated protein on K562/ADM cells by Haishengsu.Methods: The procedure of MTT assay was used to determine the inhibitory action on k562/ADM cells,and immunocytochemistry was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 and bax protein.Results: Haishengsu could inhibit the proliferation of K562/ADM cells,and could down-regulate the expression of bcl-2 protein and up-regulate the expression of bax protein on k562/ADM cells.Conclusion: Haishengsu can obviously inhibit the proliferation of K562/ADM cells and affect the expressions of bcl-2 and bax protein.
