Abstract
[Objective]To study the effect of Haishengsu on bcl2 and bax protein expression and K562/ADM cells in vitro.[Methods] MTT assay was used to determine the effect of haishengsu on K562 cells,immunocytochemistry was used to measure the expression of bcl-2 and bax.[Results] Haishengsu inhibited the proliferation of K562 cells,Haishengsu down-regulated the expression of bcl-2 and upregulatea the expression of bax in K562 cells.[Conclusion] Haishengsu can inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of K562 cells by down-regulating bcl-2 expression and up-regulating bax expression.
