Application of Nitrous Oxide in Relieving Pain in the Induced Abortion Skill

Objective: Probe into the effect of nitrous oxide in relieving pain in the induced abortion skill. Methods: Adopt 100 cases who use nitrous oxide in inhalant anaesthesia uses in induced abortion for relieving pain as observation group, 100 who use lidocaine nerve block anaesthesia as contrast group, observe the effect of relieving pain, the grade of cervix looseness and the adverse effect.Results: The total satisfaction rate of obserbation group is 98%, while the contrast one is 51%, X 2=117.84,P0.01; the efficiency rate of the grade of cervix looseness in obserbation group is 93%, while the contrast one is 39%, X 2=66.54,P0.01; the occurrence rate of syndrome of induced abortion of observation group is 2%, while the contrast one is 15%, X 2=10.86,P0.01; there is no obvious difference of bleeding in the two groups.Conclusion: The use of nitrous oxide in inhalant anaesthesia uses in induced abortion for relieving pain is effective, convenient, safe and cheap.It can also reduce people miscarryiage incidence of syndrome, and suitable for stream of induced abortion skill.
