PROTECTION EFFECT OF WENPI DECOCTION ON RENAL FUNCTION OF CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE DUE TO ADENINE

Objective:to observe the effects of wenpi decoction in protecting and curing chronic renal failure(CRF) due to adenine.Methods:SD rats were divided into 7 groups:normal group,artioperation group,model group,niaoduqing control group,low,middle,high dosage of wenpi decoction groups.The niaoduqing group and three dosage of wenpi decoction groups rats were filled the stomach by adenine,niaoduqing and wenpi decoction for 4 weeks. At the second and fouth weeks,24 hours'urine of every group was collected and weighted.After 4 weeks,the rats were killed and the kidney and blood were used for analysis,the serum is separated,the related indexes calcium ion(Ca~(2+)),phosphorus ion(P~(3+)),creatinine of blood,blood urea nitrogen were measured and analyzed by using SPSS system.Results:from the related indexes(Ca~(2+),P~(3+)creatinine of blood,blood urea nitrogen),it is pointed out that wenpi decoction can improve the condition of the CRF rats,and has the similar effect on the control group.Conclusion: wenpi decoction can improve the renal function caused by metabolic products in adenine-modeled CRF rats.
