On Development of Teacher's Specialization in Higher Vocational College Based on the Characteristics of Teacher-Training and Practice

Abstract

Teacher's specialization is not only world trend of teacher education development but also needs and orientation of teacher education reform in China.The fundamental guarantee for improvement of teaching quality in vocational education is to have teacher team with high level and quality in vocational college.Vocational college has to take the teacher-training as foundation and take practice as features as well in the process of developing teacher'specialization;it is only road to developing teacher's specialization in higher vocational college;only through enhancing the cultivation of both teachers' training and practice,the teacher's specialization in higher vocational college will be constantly improved.
