Path and Measure for the Improvement of Teacher' s Specialization in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The teacher' s speciality has become the orientation and theme of teacher' s specialization since 1980s. The effective method to enhance teacher' s standing in speciality is to improve vocational education continuously so as to promote its development. To make teaching an honourable speciality with higher social position,the only way is to improve teacher' s vocational knowledge.
